I have this mindset that I try get all the nitty gritty stuff done on a Friday and Saturday so that my Sunday is free to just relax. Recuperate for the work week to come. With our busy lives, its important to set aside time for you and your body.
Put together a collage of what my Sunday looks like.
*Rule of thumb for a Sunday, Stay in your PJs.
*Great and easy breakfast, French toast and a cuppiccino to finish it off.
*Stay warm and cozy under covers while knitting and watching some animated movies.
*Make a yummy smoothie for lunch.
*Read your favorite book and lastly take a cat nap lol.
